Karachi: The dollar appreciated by 7 paise against the rupee.
Both foreign exchange markets remained bullish on Thursday after the dollar fluctuated. As a result, the dollar rose by 7 paise to Rs 161.88 in the interbank market. In the open currency market, on the other hand, the dollar remained unchanged at Rs 162.
Yesterday, the dollar rose by 57 paise to close at Rs 161.81 after strong fluctuations in the interbank market, while in the open currency market, the dollar rose by 50 paise to close was at Rs 162.
