BEIJING: China's health department has proposed measures to facilitate the implementation of the three-child policy.
According to details, in a notification issued by the National Health Commission on Thursday, the commission has proposed timely review of local family planning regulations.
The commission also said that access to high quality medical resources should be further facilitated for better maternal and child care.
