The Federal Cabinet approved the National Advertising Policy 2021.
In a news briefing after the cabinet meeting, Federal Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry said that the National Advertising Policy 2021 has been approved. Under the new policy, government advertising will be possible on digital media and transparency will be ensured in the new advertising policy.
He said that for the first time, the payment of newspapers and media was being expedited.
The Federal Minister said that the Cabinet has approved the National Cyber Security Policy which is very important for data protection. The Cabinet also approved the auction of Next Generation Mobile Spectrum and import of 5 ambulances donated by Japan.
He said that vaccination of the people will be made mandatory in the ministries as well. If the issue of vaccine does not go ahead, steps can be taken to close the SIM. A total of 650,000 vaccines have been vaccinated so far. They are still behind the target of vaccinating up to 70% by the end of the year.
Fawad Chaudhry said that no case has been registered in the ECL case yet. All the accused have been arrested in the case. Pakistan is a safe country for women and it will be made more secure.
