According to a report by a foreign news agency, the tomb is located in the middle of the road in the town of Shirkeshla in Sivas. Gariban Shaheed Baba is listed but no one knows who is buried here.
Locals claim the tomb predates the reconstruction of the town of Shirkeshla. Some believe that a martyr is buried here, some say that it is the burial of a scholar who used to be a Maraz but now only the main tomb remains.
The reason for the presence of this tomb in the middle of the road is said to be that there used to be a private house in which this tomb used to be located. Later, it was demolished under a new map of the town. When he made a plan to relocate, he started having strange dreams.
It is said that this tomb came in the dream of the workers and addressed them asking them to stay here, as a result of which the tomb was left as it was while deciding to cross the road around the tomb.
The former owner of the house said that an elder had told him in a dream that the grave belonged to a martyr, so do not try to break or tamper with it. Later another man bought the house but he was told the same thing by an unknown elder in a dream and he also refrained from breaking the tomb.
Citizens come to recite the Fatiha on this tomb located in Shirkeshla. People believe that it is the burial place of a chosen person.
